Each principle on its own is a crucial element to your ability to stay healthy but alone is not enough, for sustainable wellbeing it is fundamental that, The Four Principles work in conjunction with each other, this creates the balance. When we eat well, we have the energy to move freely, when we breathe consciously we have the ability to react to emotional triggers in a positive manner.
